You need a springform pan for this, but cheesecakes are
easy to make. The roaster oven cooks the cheesecake
with gentle heat by surrounding it with water as the
professionsal do.

Roaster Oven -
Cheesecake
butter
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
6, 8 ounce packages softened cream cheese
1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar
5 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
Generously butter bottom and sides of 9 1/2 inch springform pan.
Sprinkle crumbs evenly over the bottom of the pan.
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
Add sugar and beat until smooth again.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla and lemon juice.
Pour into the springform pan.
Cover pan with aluminum foil.
(Prevents condensation from dripping onto cake).
Pour 3 quarts of hot water into the insert pan.
Place pan on rack and then into the roaster.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove carefully and let cool.
Let refrigerate thoroughly before serving.
Makes 16 - 20 servings.
