    Roaster Oven - Country Green Beans

    10 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen green beans
    8 quarts hot water
    6 smoked ham hocks
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon sugar

    Recipe



    1. Place all ingredients in roaster oven insert pan. Cover and cook at 375°F
    for 4 hours.
    2. Add more hot water if necessary to keep beans covered.

    Yield: 30 servings.
