    Roaster Oven - Overnight Egg Casserole

    3 cups soft bread cubes
    3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
    4 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 tablespoon prepared mustard
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

    Recipe



    1. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Spread bread cubes in the pan. Sprinkle with
    cheeses.
    2. Combine eggs, milk, mustard and pepper; mix until blended. Pour over
    bread and cheeses in pan.
    3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, sprinkle crumbled
    bacon over top of casserole.
    4. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour. Makes 3 cups.
