Sweet Potato + Cheese Chips

sweet potatoes
butter spray
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Parmesan cheese

Peel and slice swwet potatoes thinly.
Coat with butter spray.
Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet or pizza stone.
Bake at 400 degrres F. for 30 - 40 minutes until crisp, (cooking
time will depend on how thick the potato slices are).
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. YUM!
