    Bacon Vinaigrette

    1/2 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
    2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    3 tablespoons rendered bacon fat, warm
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 ounce wasabi paste, (anyone have any idea
    ...what this is or where in the store to get it,
    ...please let me know

    Blend mustard and rice wine vinegar with hand blender.
    Add warm bacon fat and soy sauce. Stir in wasabi paste.
    Serve warm.
