    Blue Cheese Salad Dressing #3

    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1/3 cup crumbed blue cheese
    2 tablespoons chopped, mild flavored herbs (like parsley)
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon sugar
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 to 2 drops hot red pepper sauce

    Put all ingredients into a tight closing container
    and shake well to mix ingredients.
    Store in the refrigerator.
