    3/4 c. fat free mayonnaise
    3/4 c. fat free sour cream
    2 - 3 cloves fresh minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper

    Recipe



    Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl.
