    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Combine ingredients in a quart jar and shake well.
    Refrigerate overnight before serving.
    Makes 2 cups.
