    Curried Ham Salad

    2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
    1, 8 ounce can pineapple tidbits -- drained
    2 medium stalks sliced celery -- (1 cup)
    4 medium sliced green onions -- (1/2 cup - scallion type)
    1/3 cup raisins
    3/4 teaspoon curry powder
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    Coconut -- toasted, if desired

    Mix ham, pineapple, celery, onions and raisins in medium glass bowl.

    Stir curry powder into mayonnaise; fold into ham mixture. Yield: 4
    servings.
