    Party Pasta + Veggie Salad

    for the salad:
    6 cups macaroni, cooked al dente to pkg. directions
    1 cup chopped broccoli flowerets
    1 cup chopped tomato
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup grated carrots
    1/2 cup finely quartered , sliced cucumber
    1/2 cup chopped red cabbage
    1, 14 1/2 ounce can shoepeg corn, drained
    15 sliced small stuffed green olives
    15 sliced pitted black olives
    4 sliced pickled mild salad peppers
    for the dressing:
    1/4 cup Olive oil
    1/4 cup wine vinegar
    3 - 4 Tablespoons granulated white sugar
    1/4 cup water
    1 3/4 ounce packet dry Italian dressing mix
    1 teaspoon dried parsley

    Use a large bowl to combine the macaroni, broccoli, tomato,
    celery, carrots, cucumber, red cabbage, baby corn, olives,
    peppers.
    Use a small bowl to mix the oil, vinegar, sugar, water, Italian
    dressing mix and parsley together.
    Pour the dressing over the macaroni/vegetable and mix well.
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
