    Spinach Pasta Salad

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb. tortellini pasta, cooked al dente to pkg. directions
    10 ounces fresh spinach, rinsed and torn into bite size piece
    2 ounces crumbled tomato basil Feta cheese
    1 small chopped red onion
    1 15oz. can black Olives, drained and chopped
    1 c. your favorite bottled Italian salad dressing
    4 cloves minced garlic
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    ground black pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Combine the pasta, spinach, cheese, onion and olives together in a large bowl.
    Whisk together the Italian dressing, garlic, lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Toss together.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Makes 10 servings.
