    Corned Beef Melt

    bread
    butter, spreadable
    sliced corned beef
    mustard
    finely minced onion
    slices of Swiss cheese

    Butter one side of each slice of bread.
    Place bread, butter side up, on broiler pan.
    Lay slices of corned beef on top.
    Spread with mustard.
    Sprinkle with minced onions.
    Lay cheese on top and broil until cheese is melted.
