    List of Ingredients





    2 (6" across) pita breads, cut/split in half,
    ....by cutting around edge with knife
    6oz. corned beef, thinly sliced/coarsely chopped
    1 8oz. can sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4oz.)
    1/3 c. thousand island style dressing
    2 tsp. caraway seed, optional



    Recipe



    Heat oven to 425.
    In a medium bowl mix corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese, dressing and caraway with a wooden spoon.
    Spread mixture on pita halves.
    Put on cookie sheet and bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Remove sandwiches with a spatula.
    Makes 4 servings.
