This came from my husbands Grandmother (we watched
her make it and wrote down measurements - she just did
it by what looked right). I thought she made it up but
since someone requested the recipe, now I am
wondering if maybe it was on a cocoa can at one time?

Serve over hot biscuits. Yummy!
List of Ingredients
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
2 tablespoons plain powdered cocoa
1 tablespoon flour
pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 cup water
Mix and heat till thick - stirring constantly. Recipe
