it for me back in North Carolina when I was very young.

List of Ingredients
1 cup white granulated sugar
3 tablespoons powdered cocoa
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter, (1/2 stick)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Stir dry ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan until smooth.
Add vanilla, milk and butter. Cook on medium heat,
stirring constantly, until thick. Serve hot with buttered
