    1/2 cup margarine, (1 stick)
    4 tablespoons cocoa powder
    1/4 cup flour
    3/4 cup white sugar
    2 cups milk

    mix altogether in large skillet cook over medium heat until
    thicken. Serve over hot biscuits.
