This tickled my New England mind when I first saw a
recipe upon moving from Ct to MS. (Tomato gravy too!)
It's a real southern delight.-no name listed with this one

Recipe



2 cups white sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
1 2/3 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons butter

In a skillet put sugar, cocoa, flour and salt. Add to that milk,
vanilla and butter. of salt. Add to that 1 2/3 c. milk, 1 tsp.
vanilla and 2 Tblsp. butter. Cook and stir until mixture boils.
Let it cool a little, but serve while still warm. Serve over
biscuits or whatever.
