    Country Style Gravy #2, w/cashews

    2 cups cold water
    6 Tablespoons cornstarch
    6 teaspoons onion powder
    3 Tablespoons oil
    6 Tablespoons soy sauce
    1 1/2 cups fresh cashews
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt

    Mix in blender until smooth.
    Place in double boiler.
    Add 1 quart (4 cups) of cold water.
    Cook until thickened.
