    The sauce is also good with lowfat yogurt cheese.
    Place yogurt in cheesecloth or coffee filter over a
    bowl and drain in refrigerator overnight.

    This is good on baked or grilled fish.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c. sour cream*
    1/4 c. miracle whip
    1/4 c. finely chopped cucumber
    1/4 c. minced onion or scallions with some of the green top

    Recipe



    Mix all the sauce ingredients together and chill.
    Serve a slice of grilled/baked salmon with the
    sauce on the top.
