    Dilled Lemon Yogurt Sauce

    8 ounces plain yogurt, drained
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. chopped fresh dill

    Combine yogurt, lemon juice, and zest in a small bowl. Slowly drizzle
    in the oil, whisking constantly until smooth and slightly thick. Fold in the
    black pepper and dill. Use with fish, cucumbers, or with pita
    sandwiches as a dressing.
