Herbed Sauce

List of Ingredients
3 c. boiling water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
4 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. dried dill
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 c. sour cream
Recipe
Combine water and bouillon cube, stirring to dissolve. Set aside.
Melt butter on a low heat in a heavy saucepan.
Add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add bouillon, dill, onion and garlic powders, parsley and tarragon.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
Remove mixture from heat, and gradually stir in sour cream.
Makes 2 2/3 cups.
Great served over pork, poultry or fish.
