Honey Pepper Sauce

Copycat recipe like Applebee's. Good over all kinds of meats or as a marinade.

List of Ingredients

1/2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Szechuan (pepper) sauce (from ethnic section at most grocery store)


Recipe

Mix the water and corn starch in a saucepan until all the lumps are gone.
Add honey, soy sauce, and pepper sauce and stir thoroughly.
Heat over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until thickened.
Remove and serve.
Makes 1 cup.
