    Honey Strawberry Salsa

    1 1/2 cups diced sweet red pepper
    1 cup freshly sliced strawberries
    1 cup diced green bell pepper
    1/8 - 1/4 cup chopped jalapeno peppers, optional
    2 teaspoons dried cilantro
    1/3 cup honey
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    1/2 teaspoon dried chili pepper seeds
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Combine all the ingredients together in a glass container.
    Mix well and cover tightly.
    Refrigerate overnight so the flavors blend.

    May be served over grilled meat.
