Quick, easy, elegant sauce to accompany most lamb dishes.
List of Ingredients
4 tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint
3 tbsp. boiling water
1 tbsp. powdered confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vinegar
Recipe
Stir the mint into the boiling water.
Add the sugar and salt.
Leave set until it is cold.
Add the vinegar and mix well.
Makes 4 - 6 servings.
