Recipe Introduction

Good with cooked noodles and shrimp.

Alfredo Sauce, Olive Garden style

1 pint of heavy cream, (can use 1/2+1/2,
...but cream is better), (2 cups)
1/4 c. butter, (1/2 stick)
2 Tbsp. cream cheese
1/2 c. or more grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
parsley flakes

Combine heavy cream, butter and cream cheese in a saucepan.
Stir and simmer until everything is melted and mixed well.
Add the parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
Stir and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes on low.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
