    Recipe Introduction

    Use as a sauce or as a barbeque on chicken, pork, lamb, or beef.

    List of Ingredients

    Barbeque Sauce, plum

    1/4 c. or 1 small chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. chile sauce
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 16 1/2oz. can purple plums, drained, pitted and finely chopped
    1 6oz. can frozen lemonade, thawed

    Using a 2 quart saucepan, saute the onion in the butter, until tender, about 2 minutes.
    Stir in the remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.
    Reduce the heat to low, and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 2 cups.
