    Romano + Parmesan Pasta Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter
    3 tbsp. olive oil
    4 cloves crushed garlic
    1 tsp. freshly chopped basil
    1/4 lb. grated romano cheese
    1/4 lb. grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. vegetable or beef stock
    pinch ground black pepper
    1/2 lb. cooked pasta

    Recipe

    While your pasta is cooking, heat a skillet and melt butter.
    Add olive oil and saute the garlic and basil.
    Reduce your heat, add the cheeses and stock.
    Let simmer on low until your pasta is ready.
    Quick, easy and delicious!
