Also makes an excellent marinade for steaks and pork chops.

Steak Sauce #2, south American

2 c. reduced sodium soy sauce
1 6oz. can tomato paste
6 tbsp. distilled white vinegar
3 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

Mix all the ingredients together.
Amount of vinegar may be adjusted to get your desired consistency.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight so flavors can blend.
Keep refrigerated. Stir before using.
Makes 4 cups.
