Barbeque Sauce, sweet + tangy

1/2 c. chopped onions
1 green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. sugar
1- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard (your preference)
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Saute onion and green pepper with butter.
Add all remaining ingredients and heat through,
stirring occasionally.
Good with any meat.


Recipe
