    Broccoli Stuffing Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    1, 16 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli,
    ...cooked and drained well
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded medium Cheddar cheese
    1, 14 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cups dry herb or corn bread stuffing mix
    1/2 cup melted butter, (1 stick)
    additional stuffing mix for topping

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Coat 9x13x2 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
    Mix mayonnaise, cheese, soup, eggs and stuffing together
    well.
    Stir in broccoli and pour into casserole.
    Sprinkle top with some additional stuffing mix.
    Pour the butter over top.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
