    1 pound Cottage Cheese
    1/2 pound butter
    4 whole eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons "Farina" (Cream of Wheat)
4 cups flour or more to make a soft dough

Mix cheese with butter, add eggs, flour and farina, mix well.
Add a little water or more flour if needed to make a soft dough.
Cut or pinch off even sized pieces dough, about the size of an egg.
Pat flat about 1/4 inch thick.
Make a small pocket in center with a spoon and place fruit in the center.
Fold in half and seal all seams with a spoon or your thumbs to keep
    filling in during cooking.
Drop into boiling water. Cover pan about three quarters of the way
and slow boil about 10 minutes.
    Drain well while removing.
Place on plate and pour some browned butter over them or sprinkle a
