    Egg Substitute #1

    Source of Recipe

from from a nurse via homefires hearth

    Recipe Introduction

This makes the fluffiest, delicious scrambled eggs, using a little non stick cooking spray in a frying pan. This is less costly than purchasing. Almost ZERO calories and if anyone is on Weight Watchers, 1/4 c. of this equals only 1 point.

    List of Ingredients

Separate the whites from the yolks of 10 eggs,
placing the whites into a blender/food processor.

(Save the yolks for something else or give them to a neighbor with a pet! It is said to be good for a dog's coat.)

Break 2 whole eggs into the blender.
Add 1/4 cup butter buds or similar for flavor.
    Mix for about 30 seconds.
Place in a jar for later use.

    1/4 cup = about 2 eggs

This recipe may also be cut in half.
