    Egg Substitute #2

    List of Ingredients

    6 egg whites
    1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
    2 tablespoons Water
    1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    1/4 teaspoon turmeric

    Recipe

    Combine all the ingredients in a blender/food processor.
    Process for 30 seconds.
    Refrigerate for up to 1 week
    or freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

    Makes 3/4 cup, 90 calories per 1/4 cup.

    Nutritional info per 1/4 cup:
    10.6 g protein, 2.4 g fat, 6 g carb, 2 mg chol, 162 mg sodium, 130 mg calcium
