    This may be used by those having a reaction with soy sauce


    Soy Sauce substitute

    1, 14 ounce can clear beef broth
    8 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tablespoon white vinegar
    2 teaspoons granulated white sugar or 1 packet


    In a saucepan on medium heat, combine all ingredients.
    Simmer, stirring constantly just until the bouillon cubes dissolve.
    Cool and funnel into a container with a tight fitting lid.
    Refrigerate for use within 30 days or freeze until needed.
    Makes about 2 cups.
