    Source of Recipe

    ???

    List of Ingredients

4 boneless center cut pork chops
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3/4 c. reduced sodium chicken broth
    2 tbsp. white wine
    1 c. + 1/4 c. cold water, divided
    1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
    3 tbsp. tomato paste
    2 tbsp. sundried tomato bits
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    4 c. hot cooked pasta
    non stick cooking spray

    Recipe

Spray 10" non stick skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Using medium heat, cook chops, covered, for 12 to 15 minutes. Turn once during cooking. Set aside on warm plate.
In the skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and saute garlic.
Combine broth and wine, pour into pan and scrape bottom to get all little meat pieces off bottom (deglazing).
Add the 1 c. water, milk, tomato paste, tomato bits, basil, sugar and pepper. Cook over medium heat, until sauce comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
Combine the remaining 1/4 c. water and cornstarch; and add to the sauce.
Cook over medium heat until sauce is thickened, stirring constantly.
Serve chops on bed of pasta topped with sauce.
    Makes 4 servings.
