    2 red sweet peppers, diced
    2 green sweet peppers, diced
    2 yellow sweet peppers, diced
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. water
    1 12oz. jar sun-dried tomatoes
    10 whole tomatoes, peeled and diced
    1 46oz. can tomato juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 tbsp. ground oregano
    2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp. tabasco sauce
    1 tbsp. horseradish
    salt and white pepper

    Recipe



    Cook all the peppers with butter and water, in a large skillet until translucent.
    Add the sun-dried tomatoes and their juices, and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 30 min.
    Add the peppers and simmer to the desired temp.
