Mocha Frosting

1/4 cup softened butter
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons good quality instant coffee granules
dash of salt
3 cups powdered confectioners sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Cream butter, cocoa, coffee and salt together in a large bowl.
Slowly mix in 1 cup powdered sugar and blend in. Add the
other 2 cups powdered sugar, along with the milk and vanilla
and beat until smooth.
