    List of Ingredients

    Flowerpots + Rocks Garden

    you will need:

craft markers in black, white, yellow, and light green
    ...or colors of your
    small terra cotta pot
small oval flat rock or something similar
    chalk
    acrylic sealer spray
    peat moss
towels for clean up or mistakes

    Recipe

    for the rocks:
Cover work area with the plastic or news paper.
Paint the rock black, or sky blue, or gray or light brown.
    Let the paint dry.
Make a flower temple to draw on the rock, using the
chalk on both sides of the rock. (You may use the
temple in the link, if you wish.)
Color in the flower petals with (ie.) white and the center
with yellow. Let the paint dry.
Then fill in the outline for the leaves, leaving the veins
of the leaves alone, with a light green. Let the paint dry.
When the paint is completely dry, lightly coat the rock
with the sealer. May want to do a couple of coatings.

    for the flowerpots:
Cover your work area with the plastic or news paper.
Use a white marker to draw little flowers around the rim
of the pot. Use any design you wish. Be creative!

You may also personalize the pot.
    Note:
Change the flower to daisies or roses for a variety.
Use different shapes and sizes of rocks and pots.
This will make a garden full of rock flowers.
    See link for finished look.
