    Old Time Oven Temperature Chart

    Very slow oven - 175 to 200 degrees F.
    Slow oven - 275 to 325 degrees F.
    Moderate oven - 325 to 375 degrees F.
    Hot oven - 375 to 450 degrees F.
    Very hot oven - 450 to 550 degrees F.

    This is from a very old cookbook with no name
    or cover on it any more.
    Found in her grannies collection.
