    Make Cakelike Cookies

    To make cookies more cakelike and softer,

    especially chocolate chip cookies,

    use "cake flour" INSTEAD of regular flour.

    Just OMIT the salt and baking powder from the recipe.

    They are wonderful and fluffy.
