2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans, well-drained
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1.Mash black beans. Add hot pepper sauce, sour cream, salsa and half of the
cheese. Spoon into shallow 1-quart casserole dish.
2.Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350°F about 15 minutes, or until
bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
Yield: 4 cups
