    List of Ingredients

    Stuffed Shells

4 ounces jumbo pasta shells, about 10
    1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup ricotta cheese
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg white
    1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
Cook shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In small skillet over medium heat, cook onion in oil until tender and golden
brown. Stir in garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper and cook 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside.
    Set a Black & Decker® Toast-R-OvenT 1000-3000 Series to 375°F. Heat for 5
    minutes.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine cheeses and egg white. Stir in half the
onion mixture. Stir spaghetti sauce into skillet with remaining onion
mixture. Spread 1/2 cup sauce into bottom of 4to 6 cup shallow oval baking
    dish.
Stuff each shell with about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture and arrange in
baking dish. Spoon in remaining sauce. Cover and bake 45 minutes or until
    heated through.
    Makes about 2 servings.
