    Broccoli + Ricotta Casserole

    1/4 cup melted butter
    2 eggs
    1 cup Ricotta cheese
    1 cup cubed American cheese
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1, 10 ounce package frozen broccoli

    Cook broccoli until partially done. Drain.
    Combine with rest of ingredients.
    Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 45 minutes.
