    Cauliflower, herbed/baked

    1 1/2 pounds fresh cauliflower, or 2, 10 ounces
    ...packages frozen/thawed
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
    2 teaspoons chicken flavored broth mix
    1/2 teaspoon ground sage
    1, 4 ounce can mushrooms, drained
    salt and pepper to taste

    Cook cauliflower; drain. Melt jbutter in a skillet. Add
    onions and celery, cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in broth mix, poultry seasoning
    and sage. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Dice cauliflower. Add onion mixture, mushrooms, salt and
    pepper and mix well. Coat a baking dish with cooking spary
    and place mixture in dish. Bake 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
