    Cheese Carrots Casserole

    2 - 3 lbs. sliced, cooked carrots
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, (1 stick), plus extra
    crushed corn flake crumbs

    Preheat oven to 350. Need a 2 - 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
    Melt the butter and cheese together.
    Pour the carrots into the baking dish.
    Pour the cheese mixture over the carrots.
    Sprinkle the top with the corn flake crumbs.
    Dot with a little extra butter and bake until heated through and bubbly.
