    4 medium potatoes
    1 10oz. pkg. frozen peas
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tbsp. butter
    2 tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. dried dill

    Recipe



    Peel and cut potatoes. Place in a medium saucepan and cook until tender.
    Place the peas and sugar in a medium saucepan and cook to package directions or to your desired tenderness.
    While the potatoes and peas are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan.
    Add the flour, salt and pepper and stir to a paste.
    Slowly stir the milk in.
    Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
    Add the dill and cook until thickened and bubbly.
    Drain the potatoes and peas.
    Place in a serving dish and pour the sauce on top.
    Stir gently to coat and serve hot.
    Makes 6 - 8 servings.
