    Potato Pancakes #3

    3 c. uncooked potatoes, cubed
    1/4 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. Baking powder
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 small onion,quartered

    Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until slushy.
    Use spatula to push down toward blades, if necessary.
    Brown on hot griddle.
