    Pucker Potatoes

    List of Ingredients

    Pucker Potatoes

    6 large potatoes, boiled in their skins until tender, then peeled
    2 cups chopped yellow or Spanish onions
    1/3 cup cider vinegar
    1 cup room temperature sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste

    Place the hot potatoes in a large bowl.
    Combine onions and vinegar and mound into another, small bowl.
    Spoon the sour cream into a third bowl.
    To serve:
    Place the potatoes on plate and mash lightly, if preferred.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Top with some vinegared onions and a big gob of sour cream.
