    Spinach Casserole #4, w/Ricotta cheese

    2, 10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach,
    ...drained and squeezed dry
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tablespoons flour
    2 Tablespoons melted butter
    8 ounces Ricotta cheese
    8 ounces shredded brick cheese
    8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into baking
    dish. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 45 minutes.

    One and one half recipe fills a 9x13x2 inch dish.
