List of Ingredients




Spinach Stuff Casserole

4 cups herbed stuffing
2 Tablespoons butter
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
1 soup can of water
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon onion powder
dash of Mrs. Dash original
1, 10 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed
1/2 cup your favorite shredded cheese
1 medium diced sweet green bell pepper
1 diced onion
2-3 stalks diced celery

Grease a 9x12x2 inch casserole dish.
Melt butter. Add the vegetables and
slightly saute. Add the soup and water,
and heat until warm. Add the spinach
and seasonings. Reheat. Blend in the
cheese. Mix well with the stuffing.
Pour casserole dish. Bake at 325 for
25 - 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
